San Francisco’s first pick of the draft led its receivers in snaps until he hurt his left ankle late in the first quarter. He came back, then pulled up running a route with 7:16 left in the half, could not put weight on the leg, and was carted off and ruled out before halftime. Not targeted before he left. The patch was worn; the debut was 22 minutes long.
