The Dylan Harper NBA Debut Patch Autograph (DPA-DH, one of one, PSA 9 with a 10 on the autograph) has changed hands for the second time, and this time nobody bid. PrizePicks, which paid $2.88 million for the card at Fanatics Collect on September 25 and put it into its PrizePicks Packs digital repack product, confirmed to Heavy on October 30 that a customer pulled it from a pack. Sports Card Investor had the news a day earlier.
What is known, and what is not
Known: the card sits in the customer’s digital locker on PrizePicks, and under the product’s rules they can either sell it back to PrizePicks or have the physical card shipped to them. PrizePicks says it will give an update once the customer decides. Not known: who the customer is, what they paid for the pack (Sports Card Investor called it a $25 pack; PrizePicks did not confirm a price to Heavy), and which way they will go.
Why it is not a sale, yet
On the sales ledger this card has one price, $2.88 million, and that does not change today. A pack pull is a transfer, not a transaction with a price, so the Harper page now records PrizePicks as the former owner and the card as held by an unnamed PrizePicks customer. If the customer sells it back, PrizePicks will presumably state a figure, and that would be the card’s second recorded sale, listed in the resales table so the ledger totals count the card once. If they ship it and later consign it, the same applies at the hammer.
The card
Harper was the second pick of the 2025 draft, out of Rutgers, taken by the San Antonio Spurs. He made his debut on October 22, 2025 against Dallas, and the patch on this card is the one he wore that night. It was pulled from a 2025-26 Topps Chrome Update Basketball box by We The Hobby on August 14, 2026, sold six weeks later for the second-highest price any NBA Debut Patch has brought, behind Cooper Flagg’s $8.04 million, and has now been pulled a second time, from a pack that exists only on a screen.
The NBA Debut Patch tracker and the Harper page carry the full history, and both will be updated when PrizePicks says what the customer chose.
