Bailey made the All-Rookie Second Team after Utah's roster opened up around him. He averaged 15.3 points and 4.4 rebounds across 61 starts and shot 35.4% from three, and after the All-Star break he was the second-highest scoring rookie in the league at 18.3 a game, behind only Flagg.
